Turn-key project for renovation of Executive Building. Initial project included space planning, interior construction documents, and build-out for renovation of executive office areas, reception, executive and common conference, training facility, marketing display, IT and marketing areas. Construction documents for build-out included all interior finishes, lighting layouts, electrical layout, and demo/construction plan. Specifications and procurement included in phase one of the E-Z-Go renovation included executive furnishings, systems furniture, marketing display layouts, artwork and accessories.

Ongoing department renovations are proceeding for company facelift.
