Space Planning and interior design for tenant up-fit for two floor in corporate high-rise including elevator and lobby upgrades.  New facilities house 120 programmers, technicians and support staff.  Design effort included interview for programming space, layout and systems furniture.  Work included millwork and cabinetry details, electrical/lighting accents, specialty items and all interior finishes and furnishings, as well as installation.

Space Planning and interior design for renovation of existing 140-year-old downtown building to house national accounting division and call center.  Project included lighting and electrical layouts, millwork drawings for break room, conference rooms, reception and molding details.  All finishes, fabrics, and furnishings specified, procured, and installed for 110 personnel.

Space Planning and interior design.  Tenant up-fit for all newly emerging magazine locations.  Currently in five cities and expanding.  Coordinated effort by in-house team for build-out, IT, and security concerns.  Responsible for interior construction documents for each location at varying types of facilities.  Corporate branding for interiors, signage, and procurement/installation of furnishings.

Government open bid award.  Specification, procurement and installation of 150 workstations.  Successfully overcame building completion delay challenges requiring four changes to installation schedule, finally beginning install four months after last scheduled delivery date per client's request to install with incomplete building. Installation completed under difficult working conditions with electrical, HVAC, drywall and painting contractor work interfering with installation crew.
