Corporate Studio is the CSRA's only interior design firm that offers a full range of design services that include space planning, interior design, interior construction documents, office and residential furniture, fixtures, building products and installation.
Corporate Studio can take your new construction or renovation project from concept to completion and project manages the entire process including the hiring and scheduling of all of the required trades. This includes all FF&E, and building materials required for your new or renovated space.
We also offer office relocation management & installation services.
Corporate Studio has began teaming up with area commercial builders and developers to assist in developing concepts, renderings and preparing documents for permit / construction. A team of architects and engineers, along with Lisa’s expertise in space planning and interior construction documents, allows Corporate Studio to provide comprehensive construction documents.
Corporate Studio is the Knoll office furniture dealership for the CSRA. Combined with our comprehensive collection of many other well-known furniture lines, we can provide any possible look and price point.

As a part of our ability to provide turn-key solutions, Corporate Studio has direct buying power with several building manufacturers. When we design a project for a client, we also specify products to be used in the build-out and can procure the selected items for your project. This cuts out some of the additional costs involved from extra hands touching the product and saves you money.

Input of information from field verification into AutoCAD format creating a floor plan showing existing conditions.
Meeting with client to assess space requirements, including specific departmental requirements for commercial projects.
Tailored to the needs of client. Survey & tagging of existing furniture & equipment for movers that are coded to new location. Coordination of storage, equipment, furniture installation vendors.
Creating a floor plan layout based on the client’s requirements within the parameters of the existing space. Determine how the spaces flow, create focal points and establish the accurate placement of furniture to maximize both utility and aesthetics.
Comprehensive drawing set to include plans, elevations, details, and specifications for the purposes of bid issue, construction, and permit submittal.
Coordination with building owners, brokers, tenants, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project information is shared and delivered as necessary for efficient and successful project completion.
Response to requests for information from contractor and sub-contractors from bid process through construction; review and approval of project submittals; site visits and meetings through project completion.
Development of lighting, electrical, and elevations to support approved design. Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors.
Conceptual color scheme options; selection & specification of all finish materials including flooring (carpet, tile, VCT, wood, sheet vinyl); wall finishes [paint, wall covering, decorative panels]; cabinetry finishes (plastic laminate, wood veneer, metal); door, frame & hardware assemblies; specialty ceiling and lighting applications; restroom fixtures and partitions, etc.
Coordinated presentation boards displaying selected finish materials.
Design, elevations, and details of built-in cabinetry including kitchen, workroom, reception desks, etc. Procurement & coordinate all aspects of renovation & installation.
Calculation of square footages for buildings and tenant spaces based on BOMA Standard. Provide usable square footage, core factor, and rent-able square footage calculations. Maintain control calculations for multi-tenant buildings and business parks.
Plans for use by brokers or building owners for purpose of showing availability and/or potential layout for prospective tenants.
